The You That Is Holding You Back

Most all of what you are experiencing or going through is due to you. It is, may I say, the little you, the false you. This you is the you, You have created by being alive in thoughts of identification with your experiences.

We will call this little false you, your ego, personality, self – image. All of these are the same as the little false you.

Just to go a bit deeper, if you break the self – image apart, there is the “Self” and then the image. It is the image that is the little false you.

Hunting & gathering, farming, building without the use of modern technologies, meant the human race spent a majority of each day physically active. Expression Vs. Desires

Many times when we think of our lives and how it is, we instantly formulate desires of what we really want.

For some of us it is financial wealth, for others it is love, or freedom, to be cured of an illness or disease. Everyone has there own desires based on what they feel is missing from their lives. There is the misunderstanding that by realizing this desire we will find happiness. This idea of happiness is illusive though. Happiness, love, joy, peace fulfillment, none of these can be achieved or found in the outward expression or manifestation of desires.

What does judgment really do for you? Why do you feel you have to make conclusions?
