The entire material world as we experience it is life itself in form. Even your thoughts are the materialization of life itself.
It is easier to be touched by this when in a place of stillness. Nature for instance has an inherent stillness that draws each one of us into that stillness. There is a vibration that radiates through us as we move through nature. We feel somehow connected and at peace.

When we say “The reality is…”, and then state a certain event or occurrence in our life experience we are no being truthful. What I would like to change is to say that it is the effect of a cause. The truth is that abundance is fully and eternally flowing to you every moment. That is the reality. Anything else is only the reflection of what has been believed in up until this point.

Many times when we think of our lives and how it is, we instantly formulate desires of what we really want.
For some of us it is financial wealth, for others it is love, or freedom, to be cured of an illness or disease. Everyone has there own desires based on what they feel is missing from their lives. There is the misunderstanding that by realizing this desire we will find happiness. This idea of happiness is illusive though. Happiness, love, joy, peace fulfillment, none of these can be achieved or found in the outward expression or manifestation of desires.

In fitness we speak of stabilization before we build strength or power. These are the three interconnect levels of conditioning the body for optimum physical abilities.
There is a saying you are only as strong as you are stable. This is referring to the body’s ability to stabilize itself efficiently and effectively to handle the forces generated by the muscular strength that has been developed.

What does judgment really do for you? Why do you feel you have to make conclusions?
Why can you not just allow things to be as they are and not become emotionally involved?
When we say becoming emotionally involved; to whom are we referring? It is ego of course. You and I have spent much time together realizing this. You as consciousness are only giving life to the ego. By the way, you and I are the same Beingness, or Consciousness.

At first glance we would say, “Yes of course”. I have free will to do whatever I desire.
To some degree this is true, however, who is the “I” that you are referring to?
Is this “I” the delusion self-image you believe your- Self to be, or is it the true Self, Consciousness, Beingness?
